’ทรัคควิป‘ ส่งมอบรถมินิบัส TQ-M5 จำนวน 8 คันให้แก่ BH ระยอง ตอกย้ำความแข็งแกร่ง ‘ตลาดรถยนต์พาณิชย์ของไทย’
ทรัคควิป (TQ) ผู้ผลิตตัวถังรถบัสสัญชาติมาเลเซีย ได้ทำการส่งมอบรถมินิบัส TQ-M5 มาตรฐานยูโร 3 จำนวน 8 คันให้กับผู้ให้บริการขนส่งผู้โดยสารของไทยอย่าง บี เอช ระยอง (BH Rayong) เสร็จสิ้นเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว ซึ่งช่วยตอกย้ำความแข็งแกร่งของบริษัทในตลาดรถยนต์เพื่อการพาณิชย์ของไทย
บริษัท บีเอช ระยอง มีฐานที่ตั้งหลักอยู่ในจังหวัดระยอง โดยให้บริการเดินรถประจำทางระหว่างเมืองเชื่อมต่อระหว่างกรุงเทพฯ ระยอง จันทบุรี และได้รับสัมปทานวิ่งรับส่งผู้โดยสารสนามบินนานาชาติอู่ตะเภา รวมถึงให้บริการรถรับส่ง (feeder) ไปยังแหล่งท่องเที่ยวยอดนิยมอย่างเกาะเสม็ด ปัจจุบัน บีเอช ระยอง ให้บริการด้วยรถตู้ประมาณ 50 คัน และมีแผนที่จะเปลี่ยนจากรถตู้เป็นรถมินิบัสอีก 30 คัน โดยมินิบัส TQ-M5 ที่เพิ่งส่งมอบนี้ ถือเป็นเฟสแรกของเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบการใช้รถภายในฟลีทของบริษัท

มินิบัส TQ-M5 ผลิตในประเทศมาเลเซีย ผ่านกระบวนการผลิตแบบครบวงจรตั้งแต่การขึ้นโครงสร้างตัวถัง ประกอบ ทำสี และการตรวจสอบคุณภาพทุกขั้นตอนครอบคลุมถึงการทดสอบการรั่วซึมของน้ำก่อนส่งมอบ ตลอดหลายปีที่ผ่านมา ทรัคควิป ได้ร่วมมือกับผู้ผลิตแชสซีส์ระดับโลกหลายราย และส่งออกตัวถังรถบัส ไปยังตลาดระดับภูมิภาคอย่างไทย สิงคโปร์ และฮ่องกง โดยสร้างชื่อเสียงในด้านคุณภาพการประกอบ ความทนทาน และความน่าเชื่อถือ
ต่อยอดจากประสบการณ์ในระดับภูมิภาคนี้ ทรัคควิป จะทำการเปิดตัวรถบัสแบบประกอบสำเร็จ (CBU) มาตรฐานยูโร 5 อย่างครบวงจร ตั้งแต่ความยาว 7.5 ถึง 13.5 เมตร ซึ่งครอบคลุมการใช้งานทั้งในเมือง และ ระหว่างเมือง โดยรถรุ่นที่ผลิตในมาเลเซียเหล่านี้ได้รับสิทธิ์ยกเว้นภาษีนำเข้า หรือ 0% ภายใต้เขตการค้าเสรีอาเซียน (ATIGA) ผ่านแบบฟอร์ม Form D ซึ่งเป็นทางเลือกจากประเทศในอาเซียนที่แข่งขันได้สำหรับการปรับเปลี่ยนฟรีทรถของผู้ประกอบการไทย
ตัวถังรถบัสของบริษัทได้รับการออกแบบตามมาตรฐาน UN-ECE ที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับสากล ซึ่งรวมถึง R66 ด้านความแข็งแรงของโครงสร้างเมื่อรถพลิกคว่ำ, R80 และ R14 ด้านความมั่นคงแข็งแรงของเบาะนั่งและจุดยึดเบาะ ในขณะที่วัสดุภายในห้องโดยสารเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดมาตรฐาน R118 ด้านการลามไฟ ทำให้มั่นใจได้ถึงมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยสูงสุดของผู้โดยสาร ความแข็งแรงของโครงสร้าง ตามกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับทุกประการ

Truckquip Delivers 8 TQ-M5 Minibuses to BH Rayong
Malaysia-based bus body manufacturer Truckquip (TQ) has completed the handover of 8 units of its TQ-M5 Euro 3 minibuses to Thai passenger transport operator BH Rayong, further strengthening the company’s presence in Thailand’s commercial passenger vehicle market.
Based in Rayong Province, the company operates scheduled intercity routes connecting Bangkok, Rayong,Chanthaburi, concession to provide passenger shuttle services at U-Tapao International, while also providing feeder services to the popular tourist destination of Koh Samet. BH Rayong currently operates a fleet of approximately 50 passenger vans and plans to replace a further 30 minibuses, with the newly delivered TQ-M5 representing the first phase of its renewal initiative.
Designed for both scheduled intercity and tourism operations, the TQ-M5 offers a balance of passenger comfort, durability and ease of maintenance, key considerations for operators serving high-utilisation routes. The latest handover also reflects the growing confidence among Thai operators in TQ’s bus body engineering and manufacturing quality.
Manufactured in Malaysia, the TQ-M5 is produced through an integrated manufacturing process covering body fabrication, assembly, painting and final quality inspection. Every completed vehicle undergoes comprehensive quality assurance procedures, including water leakage testing, before delivery. Over the years, Truckquip has collaborated with multiple global chassis manufacturers and exported bus bodies to regional markets including Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong, building a reputation for consistent build quality, durability and reliability.
Building on this regional experience, Truckquip will be introducing a comprehensive range of Euro 5 fully built-up (CBU) buses from 7.5 to 13.5 metres, covering both city and coach applications. Manufactured in Malaysia, these models qualify for 0% import duty under the ASEAN Free Trade Agreement (ATIGA) via Form D, providing Thai operators with a competitive ASEAN-built alternative for fleet renewal.
The company’s bus bodies are engineered in accordance with internationally recognised UN-ECE standards, including R66 for rollover structural strength, R80 and R14 for seat and seat anchorage integrity, while interior materials comply with R118 fire-retardant requirements, ensuring high standards of passenger safety, structural integrity and regulatory compliance.
